February is Healthy Heart Month!
Through February 14, you are welcome to have a complimentary blood pressure check and a computerized heart rate monitor test done. Both will show how healthy your heart is and how well your heart and body manages stress.
Other things that are good for your heart are:
- Get adjusted…did you know that adjusting the T1 vertebra where you neck and shoulders meet is where the nerve supply to your heart originates? Keeping your shoulders relaxed and your spine adjusted helps keep your heart in tip top shape and helps your blood pressure!
- Get a massage and get an acupuncture treatment to tune up your body!
- Laugh…………a lot!
- Spend time with friends who are uplifting and positive!
- Exercise……..do Yoga, Pilates, or take a walk/run or your favorite class at a gym.
